1. Order Processing

 We process orders within 1 business day of receiving them. Our processing team works from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Times

We’re committed to delivering your order within 1–3 business days from the date of dispatch. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure swift and secure delivery right to your doorstep. 

3. Tracking Your Order

 After your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions. You can use this tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey online.

4. Missed Deliveries

 If the courier cannot deliver your package, they will leave instructions for rescheduling or collection. If your order is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, we may contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Contact us at complaints@speedydesigns.co.uk with your order number and details. We’ll assist you with a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Change of Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@speedydesigns.co.uk. We can only modify the shipping address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
